What counts as an "event"?
An event is recorded each time a visitor loads a page where one of your active experiments is running. Visitors on pages with no active experiment are not counted.
What is a "container"?
A container represents one website or domain. You install one JavaScript snippet per container and can run multiple experiments within it.
What is a "workspace"?
A workspace is an isolated environment — useful if you manage multiple brands or clients. Each workspace has its own containers, team members, and experiments.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
Will A/B testing slow down my site?
