By accessing or using ClickVariant ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ClickVariant provides a no-code A/B testing and experimentation platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable laws; (b) infringe intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) interfere with the Service's operation; or (e) collect user data without proper consent.

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

ClickVariant and its content are owned by ClickVariant and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of data you upload to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickVariant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
